Can I mark orders placed by non-profit organizations, universities, hospitals, etc as tax-exempt?

Absolutely. Our platform allows you to easily mark guests or organizations as tax-exempt in a self-serve manner.

Do you offer a CRM as part of your platform?

Yes, our platform includes a user-friendly CRM that lets you view and manage all customer and company profiles. If you need more advanced CRM functionalities, we integrate seamlessly with Close.

Can I edit my order after placing it?

Yes, you have full control to edit order details anytime after it’s placed and until it’s delivered.

How much do you charge for delivery?

Our catering delivery fee is $30 per order or 10% of the subtotal. This rate can be negotiated when working with delivery partner. The delivery fee will be charged to end consumers.

Which delivery partners do you integrate with?

We partner with local and national delivery services including Local Delivery Coalition (LDC), Let’s Do Delivery, and DSP Alliances. We also integrate with logistics software like Cartwheel, First, and Tookan for added flexibility.

When do I get paid for my catering orders?

We issue payments every Monday for all orders that were delivered or picked up during the previous week.
